Is R Lo Loestrin Fe Or Alesse Helpful In Treating Acne?

Question: I need help choosing between birth control pills. I have had moderate-severe acne since discontinuing micronor several months ago. I have been prescribed tactupump with no improvements. My family doctor has recommended either Lo Loestrin or Alesse to help with my acne, and I'm not sure which to choose. Ive also been told I have 13 ovarian cysts after an ultrasound due to lower abdominal pain. I'm not sure if this is related.
