Brief Answer:
TSH is elevated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
I can understand your concern.

I have gone through your thyroid report.
T3 : within normal limits.
T4 : within normal limits.
Your TSH is elevated.

You have mentioned recently your doctor is increased dosage of Thyronorm to 100 mcg. I suggest you continue same dosage of medication and then repeat the test after 2 months. Before planning it is better the TSH level to be within normal limits.

I would like to know about your menstrual cycles regular or irregular?

As you mentioned you are over weight I suggest you reduce weight which will help in regularising menstrual cycles and helpful in conceiving.

Reduce weight by doing physical exercises and maintain diet.
Eat healthy food like fruits, vegetables and high fibre contains food.
Eat small meals more times. Avoid spicy, oily, fried food.
Avoid cabbage, cauliflower.

Once your TSH is within normal limits then you can plan for a baby.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.

Hi Doctor,

How are you? Thanks for the reply.
My menstrual period is very much regular and it has been regular from many years and it was never effected because of Thyroid.
What is the normal level of TSH? And If I regularly follow exercise and diet plan that you have suggested, Will i be able to reduce the TSH level. And Considering my age, would you tell me how much I should reduce in order to manage healthy through out the pregnancy time.
