Brief Answer:
don't worry

Detailed Answer:

Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..

Your follicle size is good enough for ovulation that is it is more than 20mm.. That's why your doctor had given hcg injection.. But for a proper implantation to occur the endometrial thickness at the time of ovulation should be more than 7mm which was only 6mm.. That's why she told it is not a good cycle.. But however intercourse is recommended so that this cycle is not wasted..

Post ovulation take progesterone tablet for 10 days for luteal phase support..

Take good nutritious diet with antioxidant and vitamin rich..

Hope I have answered your query. Feel free to ask any doubts. Good day..

The endometrium might have grown in size.. These tablets are taken for support of implantation and pregnancy.. So don't worry.. Continue to have intercourse on alternate day..

Other ovary 2SF mans 2 small follicles in this ovary which is not very significant..
