Question: my creatinine level is 1.7 and uric acie 7.3 please suggest me the better medicine for reducing my creatinine level and uric acie i am a diabetic also if you have better medicine please give me my email is YYYY@YYYY

Your creatinine level is high. Diabetes causes damage to the kidneys. It is only after a long standing damage to the kidney that the creatinine level rises. In your case a significant damage has already been done. The only thing to be done now is to limit further damage. The only way to do it is to keep the blood sugar levels strictly under control. You may need to take insulin regularly for the same. The dose needs close monitoring. The first step would be to check the blood HbA1c level.

The uric acid level is on the higher side. Unless you have pain in and around the joints no medicine needs to be taken. In case of flare ups Zyloric (allopurinol) needs to be taken for a few days till the problem resolves. You need to restrict intake of animal protein and completely give up red meat.
