Dizziness, Abnormal Bowel Movement, Lower Abdominal Pain, Palpitations. Symptoms Of Pancreatic Cancer Or Colo Rectal Cancer?
Question: Hi Doc
First of all a warm Good morning to you.I am facing severe problem from last 2 and half months & I have consulted doctors here but they are not getting any answer.Please help me for this.I am giving my problems:-
1.Dizziness almost all the time - right from waking up on the morning.
2.Problem in concentrating.
3.Due to dizziness sometimes problem in vision( but please note I can see even small letters from distance)causing rubbing of eyes to check things thoroughly.
4.Bowel movement in the morning is abnormal & stool is coming like tape shaped in small pieces only .recently for the last 2 days stool is coming with blacking greenish colour
5.Feeling of nausea at times but very less.
6.Toungue is coated with white coating always- tried the candida yeast test by spitting in a clear glass of water in the morning & checked after 15 mins & half an hour seems some cloudy material- -Please put your views
7.Back pain started from the last 2 months in lower back but reduced but not totally gone.
8.Small lump of mass - very painful when pressed at the front side of right rib cage(very near to the centre of upper abdomen).Same type of lumps formed at the left back side of the rib cage near the extreme left of the back.
9.Continuous white coloured cough coming out.( Please not the colour of the cough is quite whitish- I have never seen like this before)
10.Sometimes my appetite is lost & sometimes I am feeling too much hungry.
11.Throat pain happened before 2 weeks but slight pain is there till now.
12Slight sound is coming during gulping-till now no problem in swallowing or eating.
13.Pain in left & right shoulder near the neck.
14.Sometimes pain in the lower abdomen & going towards the scrotum.(But no pain during urination & colour of urine is normal slightly yellowish. )
15.Sudden palpitation in chest during waking up in the morning & sometimes in some other time.
Main pathological test done on 15th April 2012:-
1.Liver function test done- all result ok except total bilirubin is 1.77 with unconjugated one is 1.45.
2.Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen- normal.
3.Chest X ray- normal.
4.Blood culture- ESR was 16 & MCV(78.6),MCH(26.4) & RDW(10.9) found to be low with High MPV( 12.4)
5.Hemoglobin was 14.5 with WBC,CBC-9.5 & RBC,CBC-5.51.
Next pathological Test again done on 15th of May & the result is attached with that- shows the Lymphocytes numbers are increasing & the Bilirubin is also increasing.One most important point- my body weight has reduced from 84 kg to 76 kg in 2 & half month- I don't think that this is only due to yoga & My bowel movement shows very often watery stools & the normal healthy stools are not coming for quite a long time.
Having an abnormal feeling of slight lump inside the body (I cannot see anything till now physically from the top) exactly at the middle back portion near the spinal chord.This I can tell you because when I am doing yoga like Kapabhati - the breathing exercise it seems something is touching inside.
Please help me- now the condition is becoming like this that even due to fatigueness & dizziness I cannot work in my office at times & at times it is perfectly ok.
I can see my detoriation day by day-already trying yoga for last 1 month with carrot juice one glass a day & 1 garlic clove per day- Need all of your help to revive .
Are these symptoms of pancreatic cancer or any sort of colo rectal cancer or there is nothing to worry about this?How should I confirm this?I have already consulted with the local doctor as I am working in Saudi Arabia - as per them this is normal mental stress but this increase in Bilirubin,reduction in body weight,nagging cough & the fatigueness with uneasiness from inside the body which comes randomly is giving me a very tough time.
**When I went to India in Kolkata my doctor has given me Prodep 20.I was taking it for 2 weeks but after that I was feeling too much uneasy & I have stopped that.( For your information this medicine was given after doing all Hepatitis test- which comes negative )
I need to crack the problem- it seems that it is showing symptoms but not coming in test.Need your experianced comment.
Again I confirm I am a very strong guy who plays cricket & do lot of exercises & don't believe in stress & other things but this is happening right now & I want to know what's this?

I am medical doctor, an associate in Department of XXXXXXX medicine, working with an experienced Internist. I answer on his behalf.
First I would like to appreciate and thank you for such a detailed history which helps me understand your problem better.
Based on the symptoms and reports attached the problems I do not suspect it to be due to cancer.Need not worry.Tests you underwent will surely not directly but indirectly give clue if there is such serious illness in you.
I suspect you having Viral fever which presented with sore throat , headache , dizziness etc in the beginning .The viral illnesses will most of times lower the immunity down and make all other systems prone for infections by opportunistic bacteria .This presents with symptoms due to minor infections like ones in gastro intestinal tract causing disturbed stool pattern.Also the viral particles elicit a immunological reaction which leads into a condition called post viral syndrome which involves joint and muscle pains and can stay for a month or more.
The feeling of lump while doing yoga may be a mass in XXXXXXX organs but cannot be missed in Ultrasound scan.Rarely if missed can be rescanned by a CT contrast scan.But I doubt it to be mass as any of the blood tests would have shown a clue.
I suggest you to get a blood test called CRP (C reactive protein) test done which ascertains the fact that the problems you have are due to post viral illness.CT(Computed Tomography) scan with contrast of the abdomen to be cleared of the doubt of having a mass in the abdomen.Both the above tests will put you at ease.
Do come up with follow ups if any.
