Can Lupride Injection Cause Menstrual Problems?
Question: Hi. I had my just well a hysterolaproscopy surgery on XXXXXXX 29th and had my periods on XXXXXXX 25th as a part of dilation. Already did IUI twice in XXXXXXX 2016.IUI attempted and found to have cervical is tightness. Laparoscopy findings: Uterus noted to have 3*2 fundal fibroid(intramural),.posterior walls endometriotic spots noted.Doctor said Grade 1 endometeriosis. And gave me two injections Lupride 2 dose on 29th XXXXXXX and second injection on 26th Feb.I got married on 2013 and I am 32 years old.I didnt get any periods after my surgery except few spotting On 18th Feb. Went to doctor again and gave acucal tablet and pyricontin tablet for 30 days. I do not know what happened to my body since I didn't have periods since Feb 18th until today. Pls suggest me on what should I do. Can I try to have baby naturally o so IUI again? What should I intake for getting periods again. Is this because of my surgery? Regards.

However, hormonal causes like thyroid or prolactin disturbances should be ruled out.It is possible to conceive naturally with grade 1 endometriosis.
If all the hormonal tests are normal, then you can take tab deviry to induce the periods.
