Pain In Forehead, Ams, Chest, Weird Eyesight, Sweating Etc Starting After Getting Up From Sitting Position. History Of Hysterectomy, Arthritis, Hormonal Problems. Advice

Hi, I a female aged 61 years old. I have been suffering the symptoms below. I have been told its not Pheocromocytoma. I have just had blood tests for Cushings Disease which was normal. So I still don't know what is causing the symptoms:
Symptoms - (Attacks start a few seconds after getting up from sitting position)
Symptoms during attack that usually lasts for a few minutes
1.     Pain across forehead
2.     Pain down full length of arms (sometimes legs as well)
3.     Pain in chest (just a couple of times)
4.     Weird eyesight
5.     Sweating
6.     Red face that sometimes swells
7.     Pounding heartbeat
8.     Sounds wave in and out (I think to heartbeat)
9.     Feeling unstable and have to hold to furniture
10.     Feel weak
11.     Nausea
12.     Feeling breathless (also through day or night – wakes me up)
13.     Palpitations (also through day or night)
14.     Feeling unwell
15.     Sometimes ground seems to rise up (when standing up, the floor looks like a short distance away)

Other Symptoms
16.     Blood Pressure not stable
17.     Headaches most of the time
18.     Constant buzzing sound in head (like electric current)
19.     Feel very tired with no energy
20.     Sometimes tummy pains (lower abdominal) and back pains
21.     Waistline has grown big
22.     Constipation
23.     Sometimes feel shaky
24.     Strong smelling urine. Regularly feel thirsty
25.     Sometimes feel anxious / down (on anti-depressants), especially through the night
26.     Itchy skin / rash, especially on hands and feet.
27.     Crawling sensation under facial skin and feet
28.     Sometimes cold skin, but warm inside body. Sometimes very hot / sweaty
29.     Pins and needles sensation in lower legs / feet
30.     Swollen feet and ankles
31.     Aching joints
32.     Urges to eat at times
33.     Numbness / burning feet
34.     Sometimes eyelid more closed than other (usually right eye)
35.     Sometimes either eyelid flickers downward
36.     No Libido
37.     Unable to remember things at times
In 2002, I had a nose blockage operation.
In June 2010, I was diagnosed with a Flat Pituitary Gland with an Empty Sellar.
In July 2010, I had a Hysterectomy.
Around 2011, I was diagnosed with Gynae hormone problems and put back on HRT. Started HRT at 41.
In 2012, I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis Arthritis in my left hip, and informed it needs to be replaced, but need to lose weight first, which I find very hard to do.
Several years ago, I was diagnosed with an under-active Thyroid.

History of Illnesses of my Daughter
My eldest daughter, Jenny Wright (now remarried - Wheeler) aged 37, (DOB: 01.07.76) under Consultant Andrew Toogood at QE Hospital, Birmingham, and has the following:

1.     Addisons Disease
2.     Growth Hormone Deficiency
3.     Hypopituitarism
4.     Four Brain Tumours:
a.     I benign Grade 1 Meningioma
b.     3 ingraded in the layer on brain under skull where the Meninges are found and Meningococcal Septicaemia.
5.     At the age of 4, Jenny had Leukaemia (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia) in 1981 - said to be caused by vast amounts of radiation and had 2 hip operations (for clicking hip) between ages of 1 - 2 ½.
Other relations:
•     My Mother died at the age of 63, through Pancreas Cancer.
•     Both my two daughters, Jenny, Beverley (32) and I have under-active Thyroid.
•     My eldest grandson aged 20, has Diabetes Type 1 from the age of 11, (Jenny’s son).
•     My Father died at age 82 with heart attack.
•     My Grandmother on my mother’s side died mid 50’s with a Stroke. Grandfather died in his 70’s.
•     My G-mother on my father’s side died mid 50’s with Stomach Cancer. G-father – heart attack (66).

Hi, most probably, every thing appears to be the anxiety neurosis, due to the family medical history in mind. H.R.T. would have been sub clinical for you. I advise you to enquire your doctor regarding , or consult an endocrinologist for diagnosis.
I advise you to have healthy diet like green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods.
Practice diversion procedures like yoga, and meditation.
