Migraine, Ovarian Pain, Nausea, Heartburn. Family History Of Ulcers

Hi, for the past eight days I have been having the same recurring symptoms, day one I had all the symptoms: severe migraine , ovarian pain , and severe nausea and heartburn/ acid reflux but did not vomit, ever since I have been having at least one of those symptoms every night. ex/ acid reflux and nausea one night, severe stomach pain and nausea the next, ovarian pain and nausea the next, and these occur all throughout my gastrointestinal region. Last night I had severe nausea and sharp stomach pain which almost felt like my stomach was pushing up against my lower ribs. This is night eight of these symptoms and I have the nausea accomidated by heartburn. I AM COMPLETELY FINE AND NORMAL DURING THE DAY AND FUNCTION NORMALLY (bowel movements etc.) and my diet has not changed at all. These symptoms only occur at night. Do these symptoms sound like any distinct medical condition you have seen before? My mother has a history of ulcers, if that helps give insight. PLEASE get back to me as soon as possible with some solid information.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, all these appear to be the gastro intestinal problems, may be peptic ulcer, heavy and spicy dinner,Worms in the intestine, anxiety etc.
So i advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment you may need to have gastroscopy, besides other tests. Thank you.

Psychiatrist Dr. Srikanth Reddy's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
From the history that you have given it appears that you have a duodenal ulcer. After you have your dinner after some time acid reaches the duodenum, there is this stabbing pain which occurs. You need to have a OGD endoscopic examination of the abdomen. Anatacids will help you like ranitidine or pantoprazole. If not then you will have to take treatment for H.Pylori.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
In future if you wish to contact me directly, you can use the below mentioned link:
