Diabetic. CT Peripheral Angiography Showed Mixed Plaque, Artery Stenosis. Suggested Celodac. Advise?

Hellow sir I am a diabatic patient recently i got it done the CT PHERIPHERAL Angiography findigs are: Mixed plaque at ostium of celiac trunk and inferior mesenteric artery causingmild and moderate stenosis respecively ABDOMINAL ANGIOGRAPHY Diffuse disease with mixed plaques causing mild irragularity in informal abdominal aorta Replaced right hepatic artery seen aising from superior mesenteric artery Superior mesenteric artery is normal in course and calibre Bilateral main tenal arteries are normal in course and calibre Lower Limb Angiography Mild disease in bilateral common ilac and internal iliac arteries Mild disease in bilateral common femoral arteries Focal moderate stenosis in right distal superficial femoral artery with tandem dense calcification For thi one doctor advice for by pass and another suggested to use celodac 100mg what will be the advice

Hi

you have diffuse mild diseases in multiple arteries

only right distal superficial femoral artery has moderate stenosis

in this case cilodoc and other antiplatelet drug are much useful as well statin also to prevent further development of block and to some extend to reverse it also

bypass indicated if you have significant block or your symptoms so problematic and not control by medicine
and ya good control of your sugar level is must
