Class 2 HELLP Syndrome. Clear Urine With Flakes Floating. Permanent Damage From HELLP Syndrome?

Hello I recently delivered a baby girl 8 weeks ago via c section. i lost alot of blood so i am amemic now and am on iron 800 mgs. I ended up with class 2 HELLP syndrome around 34 weeks preg that went under diagnosed and was discovered 20 min after delivery when I lost a lot of blood. The dr told me that my liver was swollen and stopped working and my kidneys were not functioning along with hypertension. My blood platelets went down to 60,000 He put me on magnesium sufate for 30 hours via Iv so I wouldn't seizure. I was in and out the next 4 days seeing double and sever swelling around my feet and ankles. After 5 dayside of my swelling went down and my blood presure was regulated by labatoral(spelling ?) now 8.5 weeks later I'm feeling well except I have irregular heart beats (I think from anemic). 2 days ago my daughter and i also got the whooping cough vaccine and I noticed yesterday I have white flakes in my urine and my stool is a tint of green so is my daughters. The color of my urine is clear just flakes floating around. I've never looked at my urine so close before so I don't know how long they could have been there. I'm concerned what this means and if I could have any perminate damage from HELLP syndrome. Wanted to know if this also could effect my health having future children? Any suggestions will help thank you!

Hi,
HELLP syndrome is a serious condition occurring during pregnancy. It often requires the baby to be delivered early. Most people fully recover from HELLP syndrome with no lasting damage. Your chances of having future pregnancies are not likely to be affected. However, you are at increased risk of having HELLP again Also, as you have had a C-section, this means you are more likely to have a C-section for future deliveries.

HI, The main treatment is to deliver the baby as soon as possible, even if the baby is premature. Problems with the liver and other complications of HELLP syndrome can quickly get worse and be harmful to both the mother and child.
Your doctor may induce labor by giving you drugs to start labor, or may perform a C-section.
You may also receive:
A blood transfusion if bleeding problems become severe
Corticosteroid medications to help the baby's lungs develop faster
Medications to treat high blood pressure. Regards,
