Hi there, Thanks for your query. Low fat diet, regular exercises, no smoking, no alcohol, maintenance of body weight will reduce cholesterol. Hi, Thanks for writing your query. You should avoid oily foods. Foods which may be helpful are foods rich in fibres, Vitamin C, Omega-3 fatty acids. Almonds, walnuts, olive oil, legumes, fat free yoghurt, proactive margarine, soybeans, cabbage, broccoli, spinach all help to reduce the level of harmful lipids.
