Hi ,Welcome to healthcare. As pain is more with standing so it can be stress fracture.treatment of which is rest and analgesics such as diclofenac. It can also be due to varicose veins for which you should consult general surgeon.I hope this answer will be useful to you.

Hello, It could be a simple muscle spasm over the chest wall or some injury to the rib cage leading to either soft tissue compression or rib fracture. Treatment is rest and strapping if there is any bony injury and anti-spasmodics if there is muscle spasm. If there is no relief, you may need a systemic assessment by a physician to see if there is any cardiothoracic cause. Hope this helps.
