Born With Umbilical Cord Around Neck,had Lack Of Oxygen, Jaundice, Failed Hearing Test. What Is The Solution?

i have a son born at birth with unbical cord around his neck. reg delivery . he required oxygen.emergency dad couldnt cut cord. we came from geneticist today. he is 5. gets 100% aid at school. has pt ot and speech.. he was jaundice for 8 weeks after birth, then rsv then tubes he didnt pass hearing test at birth. he is also hypo thyroid. it think i know ive been too lots of doc no answers. i know what u think?

Hi, the cord around the neck during delevary, delay in cutting the cord and jaundice are normal occurances, the boy brought upto 5 years means those things have no relation with the present problems.
Consult a genetics specialist for diagnosis of any genetic problems.
