you can continue Aleve.
You can use hot water bags for pain.
Do spinal exercises with your doctor advice.
If pain persists visit a doctor for x ray of L-S spine.
Do take calcium contains food and supplements.

dear: you can try warm compresses and local creams that control the ball inflammation and pain.
if doesn't work, then you might need a muscle relaxant.
