Brief Answer:
It can be due to lack of salt in body

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Back spasm can be due to following causes.
1.Low salt in body- You may be having low salt in body.If you are taking BP medicines then chances are very high. So start taking salt in juices and lemonade whenever you develop spasm.
2.Low Calcium in body- As you are most probably post menopausal so I would suggest you to take calcium and Vitamin D 3 regularly.
3.Cold temperature should be avoided and take hot water bath.
4.Check for serum B 12 estimation. Also start taking Vitamin B 12 daily.
I hope these steps will help you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
