Hello, The normal heart beat ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute. Resting pulse rate should also be below 100 beats per minute. So your heart beats is well within the range of normal. If you have any other associated cardiac complaints like chest pain or breathlessness then you may need an ECG and ECHO. In that case you may consult a Cardiologist.

you need not to worry at all , variation in your heart rate in standing, seating and lying down is normal cardiovascular physiology, in erect venous pooling in leg veins occur which initiate cardiogenic stimulus and heart rate rises, in lying down pre load of heart increases and heart rate is decreased, this all occur to maintain optimum ardia output.although your resting heart is quite high( >72)
