Thanks for contacting HCM. I recommend you drink regular home tap water. the sodium hypochlorite is a clearing and disinfectant agent better known as bleach. This is put in water to keep it clear and as a disinfectant. This will not cause problems with your hypertension but using regular tap water will have less contaminants and additives.
