Numbness, Tingling, Severe Pain In The Left Arm, Diagnosed With Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Suggestions?

I am 27 years old I have had 4 children all c-section. For the past 2 months everynight having numbness tingling and sever pain in my left arm elbow wrist and fingers. I have been told it was carpul tunnel and never damage I have no insurance so i cant go to the dr. I am very poor. What can I do to help the pain and prevent this from happening every night? Hello Angela,
i have few suggestions to you.
1. Apply capsaicin ointment
2. Never keep your hand in bend position , keep them straight .
3.You can get a steroid injection inwrist
4. Pregabaln tablet is usually helps.
