hi acne vulgaris is the infection of pilosebaceous glands caused by propyionobacterium acne .it is divided into 4 grades.it presents as papules,comedomes ,pustules ,cysts and nodules.it can be cured according to the stage,.milder cases are cured with clindamycin in morning benzyl peroxide in the night ,in moderate cases oral antibiotic is added like azithromycin.severe cases by oral isotretinion

hi, Thank you for consulting with HCM, i understand your concern. Try using Retinol-A 0.025% or Clindac-A sloution 1% on the acne after washing your face thoroughly. Take azithral 250mg twice daily for a course of 5 days if acne is severe. Wash face 4-5 times per day and avoid oily/ junk / spicy food. drink atleast 4-5 litres of water per day. Hope this helps and will solve your acne issues.

Hello, To reduce acne, you have to maintain a healthy life style with balanced diet, avoid fast/ spicy foods, keep bowel habit regular, consume more water, control body wt, avoid stress & take sound sleep. Clean your face with soap free face wash 2-3 times daily. Do regular cleansing, toning and moisturizing of skin. Take antioxidant (Vit E), apply benzoyl peroxide 5% or clindamycin cream
