What Is The Medication And Diet To Clear Acne Marks ?

I have got acne before 7 months and now its completely cured but still i have the marks in my face ..i already consulteda doctor ..but there is no change...please help me by giving proper medicine and menu to follow(food)

Apply Nutmug by rubbing on clean surface with milk and apply pest on marks.Also apply kukumadi oil(saffron oil).

acne getting cured is a great thing..the scars will take some time to disappear..dont touch or prick the scars as it would take a very long time if u do so..eat healthy foos like fruits and vegetables..avoid eating fried foods..wash your face with warm water quite often..
