What Is The Best Solution To Get Pregnant When Right Fallopian Tube Is Blocked ?
hi i m 29 year old lady & i get married before 2 year ,according to dr. my right side ftube is block but left side is patent tube she give me only 2 opton IFV ,IUI . ple tell best suggestion except this.

there are 2 f tubes and one is sufficient for preg to occur in natural course rather it is said with single patent tube chance of preg is increased
it is not understood that for single patent tube only option be ivf/iui
there must be some other factors that have been the reason for the options
if all other factors including husband's then pregnancy can naturally
both the partners need evaluation and treatment if necessary for increased fertility

Since you said that one of your Fallopian Tubes is patent you will still be possible to achieve pregnancy without too much help, if your Ovaries are Functioning right. Speak to your Doctor, she may give you fertility drugs to increase the chances of ovulating. In some cases, laparoscopic surgery can open blocked tubes or remove scar tissue that is causing the Blockage. You will have a 20% to 40% chance of getting pregnant after surgery. have you got your Husband's Semen Analysis done? Is it Normal? because, if there are any male infertility issues, you might want to skip surgery. In these cases, IVF or IUI treatment is the better option. I would like to let you know that the chances of Ectopic Pregnancy are higher after surgery to treat tubal blockage. Your doctor will closely monitor you, if you do get pregnant.
