What Causes Indentation Above Swollen Area In Leg?
I hit my lower leg some hours ago, and it has swollen and is quite painful. I put ice on it early on and kept it elevated, and have also applied Voltaren gel, so there are no signs of bruising yet. However, it looks like there's a minor indentation above the swollen area. What's the reason for this indentation and is it permanent, or how can I treat it?
