Suggest Treatment For Dark ,red And Itchy Patches On The Arms And Legs .
Hi my name is devron and every once and a while I get these random patches of red rash like patch on my arms and legs but it only happens in one spot at a time. I will try my hardest not to scratch at it. Could you please help me I have no idea what it is.

You might have developed a condition called as Lichen planus.
In this itchy dark patches form all over body,
It is an auto immune disorder and treatment is with steroids.
It can be confirmed by biopsy.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
