Hi. Welcome To Healthcaremagic
Amlong had Amlodipine 5mg. Amlopres-at has Amlodipine 5mg+atenolol 50 mg.
Even on Amlopres-at BP is 140/90, so you need another medicine or change in the existing mediciations.
Options
1. Take medicine separately. Take AMLOPIN tab 10mg and Aten(Atenolol) 50 mg tablet.(you are increasingthe dose of amlodipine to 10mg.)
2. You can completely change the medicine to Telma AM(Telemesarton 40mg + Amlodipine 5 mg ).
Check the BP and consult your doctor and discuss the options openly.
Regards,
Dr. Jagdish
