Burnt Skin While Waxing. Used Cicaplast B5 Cream. Horrible Mark After Bleach. What To Do?
Hi doctor, first of all thank you for taking the time to answer my question, here is my problem. 3weeks ago i exfoliated my face then waxed my upper lip and I didn't realize it right away but the wax was too hot and burnt my skin. The next day the skin felt like a thin layer of plastic and was a darker color thant therest of my face. I used the Cicaplast B5 balm on it and reapplied the cream as soon as the previous layer was absorbed. The day after that all the burnt skin peeled off but it let a slightly darker mark. Not long after i made a horrible mistake and went to the beach and with the sun exposure and/or salt water I have the impression that the mark left became more noticeable. Since then I kept applying the cicaplast balm but also vitamin e moisturizer and some homemade 'remedies' like almond oil and lemon juice. Do you discourage the use of any product I mentionned above?
