Hello ma'am and welcome.

The irregularity in menstrual cycle in a woman with PCOS cannot be predicted and so I would still request you to wait and watch. If you have had sexual contact in the recent past, then conduct a home pregnancy test at least 2 weeks after the suspected date of conception using an esrly morning urine sample. If your test result is negative and you still do not see your period then I would request you to visit your doctor.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
