X-ray Shows Suspicious Infiltrates In Left Upper Lungs, Pacification In Lower Hemithorax. Meaning?
hi good evening im 21 of age i have done already my x-ray then these is the result there are suspicious infiltrates in the left upper lungs and homogenous o pacification also seen in my left lower hemithorax obliterating the hemidiaphragm and costophrenic suslsus..that is he result of my x-ray..

your xray is suggestive of left side pleural effusion with left upper jone ?pumonary tuberculosis.
pleural effusion means fluid in pleral cavity which need immediate removal and analysis by lab for what disease caused by it.And sputum examination for TB bacilli in lab.
