Wound Turning Into Greenish Color. Need To Go To A Doctor?

Hello, I got a cut / bruise while playing soccer. I had a sock on, but have about dime sized cut or minor gash; three days later and it is read around the edges, it has very solid green color in the center, no puss. But it is read around the edges and I can feel it. The area seems stiff. I have kept it clean and put Bacitracin ointment on it for two days. I changed the bandage every eight hours, but I am not sure it is getting better. My mistake was not cleaning it immediately as it did not look like it needed it. That was dumb of me, so it had about 24 hours to incubate. How long should I wait for it too improve, before I go to a doctor? Thank you.

Hello,

By history there is sign of inflammation and the greenish colour center indicates bacterial infection.
There are chances that some dirt might have been inside because you have not given First immediately of the injury.
Through desloughing and good wound is needed.
Take a full course of antibiotic.
