Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
Incomplete data ? Gender.
Tuberculosis of the lymph node does not affect the marital relationship.

However, the anti TB medications like Pyrazinamide & Streptomycin are not safe during pregnancy as they are known to cause harmful effects (spina bifida by Pyrazinamide & neonatal or congenital deafness by Streptomycin) on the growing fetus (unborn child).

Hence, they are contraindicated during pregnancy.
Hope this answers your query.
