Hello,

I have gone through your blood test report and the following is my answer:
- Your ALT is very high indicating possible inflammation of the liver. Hepatitis testing should be further run to rule out hepatitis. Abdominal ultrasound should be also run.
- Your triglycerides are really high putting at risk for cardiovascular issues. That will be a possible cause to high ALT (suspect hepatosteatosis - fatty liver.)

Of course, the supplements you are taking can alter your lipid profile and ALT test. Should stop taking them. Start a healthy diet. Run the abovementioned tests to rule out infectious hepatitis. Further consultation with gastrohepatologist is highly recommended.

For the moment, I can only advise taking Silimarin (stinging nettle supplement) and vitamin E to help cleanse your liver.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
