Would Setron Drugs Affect Fertility In The Future?
kindly i would like to know what the Steron medicines are for?? After taking the Steron drugs,can they affect your fertility in future??? If for instance you have had an abortion and your menstrual periods have not gone back to normal,can these sterons help?,and after the abortion,the bleeding has not stopped for like a month now,but its not heavy bleeding at all,,but is that normal??? and lastly can these sterons affect your fertility in future in regards to the blood group type, i am blood group B -ve??

As per my clinical experience, the Setron is a synthetic Progesterone (5mg) used for variety of clinical conditions as:
- Prevent egg release from ovaries
- Hormone contraceptive to prevent pregnancy
- Abnormal uterine tissue growth from endometriosis
- Heavy menstrual bleeding
It is a prescription drug and hence has to be discussed the pros and cons of the drug with treating OBGYN. The common side effects are as:
- Headache
- Dizziness
- GI upset with diarrhea, bloating
- Breast tenderness
- Vaginal spotting
- Abdomen cramps
However, fertility is not affected in future by use of this drug.
