Worried For Penis Pain After Rough Masturbation
Hi Im James, I have a penis pain since 2 and a half months now. It is on the front of my penis. This started one day after I had a rough masturbation. I feel like there s something stuck in my penis. also when I masturbate or have sex I feel like not all the sperm went out. Thanks for your help and looking for an answer

Your symptoms are indicative of Urethritis (inflammation / minor irritation of the tube because of friction applied to the urethra during masturbation, intercourse or oral sex). However, it can also be due to UTI, meatus stenosis or STD if you have multiple partners and are sexually very active.
You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP to rule out meatus stenosis for it may require surgical intervention, you will have to get Urinalysis, blood and imaging tests done. Get STD tests done to stay on the safer side, always go for protected sex. If you get positive tests no worries you will be treated with antivirals.
In case its UTI, you need antibiotics, take care of your hygiene. Avoid sex till you are being treated. In the meantime (for urethritis), you can take a course of doxycycline (doxt-100), one bid for seven days, take acetaminophen, one sos when required to reduce inflammation and pain.
