Doc...i have had an irritation in and around my anus for months now. When in the heat it gets worse. Ive been to the doctor and for the most part they tell me its nothing and send me home. I know something isnt right down there and its very bothersome to my everyday livlihood. Wat could cause the skin in that area to get dark ln a ring formation and at the end of the hole closer to my scrotum its red and doesnt look normal. Im just tired of this problem is it permanant it wont go away.? Anything would help thanks.
