General & Family Physician, Dr. Maninder's Response
Hi,
Stomach upset and vomiting could have many causative factors but as per the clinical course of the event, here it seems to be due to Vectibix only as these are known side effects of it.
There are fairly good chances that it may happen again with the infusion. In case it is tolerable, your physician might try to give the infusion once again so as to double check if it is due to the infusion only.
If it occurs again, you may talk to the physician to try the alternate medication.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Maninder, General & Family Physician
