Will My Pregnancy Be Complicated If Have Bicarnuated Uterus,and Can I Continue With My Routine Work?

Hi, i am 29 years old 5 weeks pregnent..i have bicarnuated uterus and doctor suggested to take Dubagest 200mg and inj maintain 250.. I am a working woman and i have 7 years old kid also...Please advice me if i can continue with my routine work. Do you foresee any complications in my pregnancy?
