Will Methylcobalamin Injections With Glucose Bottle Help In Treating Glossopharyngeal Neuralgia?

Hello, I am 28, female and I am suffering from Glossopharyngeal Neuralgia from past 2 years. I am on carbamazepine (mazatol), but it does not seem to be working much. The MRI & Angio MRI results shows "Dominant Left PICA with tortuous tonsilar loop causing indentation on left 9th nerve near its origin from medulla." Does "methylcobalamin" injections with glucose bottle help?

hi
you said you are diagnosed by glossopharyngeal neuralgia and hence you are on carbamazepine tablet.
this condition is neuropathic in nature where in there is pain due to nerves.
hence the injections of methylcobalamin are justified because they do have their effect on nerves and some how decrease the symptoms.
regards
