Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Measles vaccination is not related to fever and loose stools because he developed these symptoms after one week of vaccination.
Usually the diarrhea is viral in origin subsides spontaneously within 5 days.
Give plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.
Crocin is OK for reducing fever.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
