Will Irregular Periods Affect Pregnancy?

hi i had my last month period on 24/9/2012 and it was one day only.for the last one year i am having irregular periods ,may be it is for 10-12 days,then i need to take tablets to stop it,or else the period wont come ,i have to take tablets for the periods to come.now i had my scan on twelth day ,in that they said i have small follicles on both right ovary and left ovary about 4-5 cm and endometrium length 11mm .is this symptoms shows any difficulty in pregnancy.
