Hii, I was bitten by street dog around one year back and I have taken rabipur 5 doses. Today my friends pet dog bitten me and bitten area got reddened and swollen. should I need to take rabipur again or i m I still having the immune power of 5 doses of rabipur taken 1 year back. please let me know . thanks in advance

Its a long time. Please find out whether your friends vaccination are up to date. Keep it under observation for a week. An anti tetanus within 24 hrs of bite is.must. as a precaution u can have 3 doses of anti rabies
