Will Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Sinuplasty And Turbunoplasty Cures DNS Problem?

Hi ! I am Junaid, I have been experiencing severe headaches & a little nasal congestion since last 4 years . . The doctor said that i have mild DNS on left side, & he will carry out conventional DNS surgery . . but i went to another doctor who said i ll b going through Functional Endoscopic Sinus surgeory, sinuplasty & turbunoplasty . . my question is will these 3 methods be curing my DNS problem because i don t want to go through the painful conventional DNS surgery, plz respond ???????????? My CT Scan report says, Mild mucoasal thickening noted within the right maxillary sinus & within the sphenoid sinus on right side indicating focal sinusitis. There is hypertrophy right middle & inferior nasal turbinate with concha bullosa noted bilaterally more marked on right as compared to left. This is associated with the deviation of nasal septum to left side.
