Will Anti-bacterial Medicine Suffice To Treat Bacterial Infection In Chest And Severe Cold? What Can Cure Acid Reflux?

Coughing up very small amount of blood in morning.Once in a week from past one month.Yesterday I started to spit some grey matter.I'm experiencing headache and sensation of some hot fluid in my chest just below nipples from past 10 days. Before that I had bacterial infection in my chest and severe cold and took some anti-bacterial medicine that lasted 15 days ago.I also have gastric/acidic refluxes and skin allergy. And also I have a sore painful throat from past two weeks. My chest x-ray report is normal(got tested 10 days ago).

Hello
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
May be due to.
1 As you mentioned that there is blood contained expectoration ( weekly ) from one month , may be due to tuberculosis as early tuberculosis didn't show any infiltration in lungs. Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical , clinical and sputum examination with Montox's test.
2 Cancer , diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I as 10 days old X ray is useless finding in such type of cases . Get in latest report of M R I .
3 Lung abscess is another one such disease which develop such type of grey colored expectoration.
In my opinion blood in sputum and grey color is concerning.
You need to investigated with MRI and physical examination .
I would like to recommend you visit a pulmonologist at earliest & sort this problem.
Good luck.
