I m interested in the acne drug Accutane. I understand that there are some pretty serious side effects, including the development of colitis. If a user of this drug, in their 20s, were to develop colitis because of using this drug (there was no family history of the condition), what are the chances of contracting colon cancer before the normal age of 50? If there is an increased chance, at what age can cancer be expected? Thank you
