Both my eyes have been pink for almost 2 months now. It s the sides only for both of them, the left side for left eye, and vice versa for the other. The middle part beside the nose is pretty bad, but it s not red, it s just not white - it s like dark white. I know this because when I fully open my eyes, at the very top I can see my eyes are fully pure white (which I ve only been dreaming to have everywhere on my eye for so long) because that s the part of the eye I never open, then the part beside the nose is dark, not pure white, and the other side is pink/red. I ve literally flushed my eyes with water everyday for more than a month, no changes, I ve heard putting salt water (boiling water, putting salt, let it cool, put in eye) is really good for eye and will get rid of infections in 24 hours, but I m scared to try it. Will it work? I saw it in videos, and they showed proof of someone doing it, and it relieved irritation and dryness immediately after applying it to the eye, and redness in 24 hours. Will this work? If not, PLEASE give me a home remedy you know will work. Also I ve heard that lemon works, I ve tried it but it stung a lot and I tried it a long time ago, I don t remember the outcome, I m pretty sure it went away for a couple of days then came back. I m willing to do anything, even if it will sting my eye.
