Why Were My Lips And All Facial Sinus Cavities Hugely Swollen After An Endoscopy?
I had an endoscopy (need second one, pancreatic duct was irritated), and when I awoke my lips and all facial sinus cavities were hugely swollen. Was it due to the 1 litre of water they used and that I was on my tummy or is an allergic reaction to anesthesia?

It might be an allergic reaction due to anesthesia but nothing to worry about it. It is a light one. To relieve the symptoms you can take antihistamine drugs anti allergic ones such as loratadine orally twice and you will feel better.
