i have high blood pressure and i have taken my medicine. i have a bump on the side of my head. it havent got big or anything. and my doctor told me to not bother it if it is not bothering me. well it is starting to bother me a little. and the side of my head by my ear keeps jumping and like numbness go towards my teeth. what that might be

You may have a small infection of a hair follicle or some other skin structure. If your doctor has told you not to worry about it then, it is not related to your blood pressure or your medicine. Beyond that, you would need to be examined. You may send a photo of this bump to my attention.
