Why My Testicle Is Swollen With Fluid Leaking Out Of It?

about 6 years ago my right testicle swelled forming like a marble shape one end, i went to have an xray they said dont worry you dont have cancer, since then i leak fluid below my testicles through my skin, this smells and is now becoming a problem with itching and soreness. is this normal

6 years is a long time to have such a problem.
X-ray has no role in detecting the problem in the scrotum;
yes , you should get an -ray of the chest to rule out tuberculosis.

The problem you have mentioned loos to be epididymo-orchitis, the abscess leaked out of the scrotum to form a sinus.
The sinus is not healing is most likely to be conditions like tuberculosis.

I would advise to have an X-ray of the chest, ultrasonography of the scrotum and BIOPSY of the tracts with the internal organ attached to it to prove the diagnosis.
If you have tuberculosis , you have to take treatment for minimum of 6 months.
