Has the pain any relation with your menses, many times there is congestion and pain in the breasts right before menses. You can feel with the flat of your palm, to find any hardness/tenderness/lumps. Even better, visit a physican and get it examined.

Breast pain could be due to hormonal reasons most of the times , it is common during the time of expecting cycles,but there can be other causes too, in inflammation of breast, trauma,infections like mastitis , or sometimes drug effects may cause pain. You must also check for any mass, discharge or nipple changes by doing a self examination of both the breasts.
Take a pain killer for now , check your breasts for above, if you have fever and redness around, or discharge, do see your doctor soon.

This pain is mostly hormonal, you must see a gynecologist for medicines, you may need hormones as well as an application called Primrose oil.
If this is not due to hormonal changes, the doctor will have the scope to examine you to think of other possibilities as well
