Why Is My Penis Swollen On The Head?
Hi! I was going to bed and I felt a burning on my penis. I then realized something had bit me and it turned out to be an ant. I don't know where it bit me at but my penis is swollen right around the tip of the head and the swelling continues down on the penis for some unknown reason. What do I do?

For now you can apply ice and take either benadryl or Claritin orally.
This sounds like a significant allergic reaction but if it doesn't resolve in a day's time you should have a doctor take a look since you might need a cortisone injection

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the insect bite then this can be best managed with NSAID (Non-steroid Anti-inflammatory Drugs) and best would be "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, watch for infection, if this is infection then you may have fever, fatigue, headache, then antibiotic may needed, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
