Why Is My Penis Bleeding ?

So, last night, I was in a hurry and I trapped my penis in between my abdomen and my underwear and continued to pee. It hurt immediately so I stopped. I then proceeded to bleed out the tip of my penis. I urinated this morning and it bled afterword. Will I have to go see my doctor?

Thanks for query,
penis might have some injury on glans as it might have trapped by the zip of chain.
Blood came out from this bruise,
if there is no swelling or more bleeding nothing to worry,
apply local antiseptic cream.
