Why Is It Difficult For Me To Get Pregnant Five Years After An Abortion?

Ive been wanting to get pregnant but havent been successful. Im 20 years old , but i have had an abortion before ,where they used a vacuum tube but that was about 5 years ago . I dont know what else to do but I’ve been trying to get pregnant What can i do

If there is no conception in spite of being in contact for 5 years. I would suggest both of you get fully investigated to find exact cause (it can be hormonal, physical or health wise). This will facilitate specific treatment. Please consult a fertility specialist.
